"Slow replies and not much help"
I had a frustrating experience with customer service. It took a long time to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really help much. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Overall, it was fine and I didn’t have any major issues, but I got irritated when extra fees showed up that weren’t clear upfront. I don’t have time to dig around for surprise charges, so that part definitely left a bad taste

"Decent service, but communication could be better"
I tried using autoshowny.com, my experience was kind of in the middle. It wasn’t bad or frustrating enough to make me regret it, but it also didn’t feel as smooth as I was hoping.
The main thing that stood out was the response time. Sometimes they got back to me quickly, but other times I was left waiting longer than I expected and had to follow up just to get an update.
To be fair, they were polite when they did respond, and things did get handled in the end. I just had mixed feelings overall because the service was okay, but quicker communication would’ve made a big difference

"Financing worked out, but the rate was higher than I expected"
I did end up getting approved for financing, so that part was fine and I appreciated that the process actually went through without too much trouble. The only thing that caught me off guard was the rate, because I was expecting it to be a bit lower based on what I had in mind going in. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and I still moved forward with it, but I wouldn’t say I was thrilled with the terms. Basically, it did the job, but it wasn’t quite the deal I was hoping for.

"Warranty was okay, but the process dragged"
The warranty coverage seemed decent and they explained most of it clearly, so I’ll give them that. But it did take longer than I expected to confirm the details, which was annoying. I felt covered in the end, but the waiting around made the whole thing feel less reassuring than it should’ve

"Paperwork was quick and easy"
I had a good experience with autoshowny.com. The paperwork was done faster than I expected, and everything was simple. I just signed what I needed to, and they took care of the rest. It made buying the car a lot less of a hassle

"Pretty good selection overall"
They had a lot of cars to choose from, which was nice. I didn’t feel like I was stuck with just a few options. It wasn’t perfect, but overall, the selection was solid.

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
I got my car delivered through autoshowny.com and overall it went well. The driver was friendly and called ahead, which I appreciated. It did show up a little later than the time I was given, but the car was clean and everything looked fine. I was curious if others had a similar experience with their delivery timing, but for me it was still a solid process...

"Not Sure I’d Totally Trust It"
The site Looks decent enough, but I didn’t feel all that confident while using it. Some of the info seemed kinda thin, and I ended up double-checking a few things somewhere else. It’s not Awful or anything, just didn’t feel super reassuring to me.

"After-sales support was disappointing"
I bought a car from them, everything felt fine up until the deal was done. After that, it was like I wasn’t really a priority anymore. I had a small issue I needed help with, so I called in, but I kept getting passed around or told someone would get back to me.

A few days went by and I still didn’t have a straight answer. I guess the buying part was okay, and maybe that’s just how it goes sometimes, but I can’t say I was happy with the support afterward. I’ve kind of accepted it now, but it definitely left a bad impression.

"Honestly in better shape than most I looked at"
I picked up my SUV last week and it’s been great so far. The condition was better than I expected, especially compared to a lot of the other ones I’d checked out. Interior was clean, everything felt solid, and I haven’t noticed any weird noises or issues yet...

"Sales staff could’ve been more professional"
I stopped by AutoShowNY recently, and to be honest, the sales staff didn’t really make me feel that comfortable.

They weren’t outright rude or anything, but they came off a bit pushy and seemed kind of annoyed when I asked basic questions. It felt like they were trying to rush through everything instead of actually explaining things clearly.

Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but the whole experience felt a little unprofessional to me. Has anyone else had the same issue there, or did you have a better experience?

"Trade-in was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
I traded in my old car here and the price they offered seemed fair. The paperwork went quick too, which I appreciated. The staff were laid-back, but I did feel a little ignored at times, like I was waiting around without much communication. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, and I’d still consider coming back

"I really appreciated that the price was..."
I really appreciated that the price was right there from the start. No mystery charges, no random “processing” fees magically showing up at the end, none of that nonsense. Why can’t more places just do this? It made the whole decision way easier because I didn’t feel like I was being tricked or pressured into paying more later. Overall, smooth experience.

"Test drive felt rushed and left me unsure"
I booked a test drive through autoshowny.com, it didn’t really give me the confidence I was hoping for. The car was there when I arrived, but it wasn’t very clean, and the person helping me seemed like they were trying to get through it as quickly as possible.
I asked a few basic questions, but the answers were short and didn’t explain much, so I kind of felt left in the dark about the car and the whole process. The drive itself was fine, but after that experience I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward. It wasn’t terrible, just not as helpful or reassuring as I expected.

"Service department was disappointing"
I had to wait way too long again, which was frustrating. On top of that, the reminders felt really aggressive, like I was being pushed constantly instead of just getting a normal heads-up. Overall, not a great experience.
